Citizens who have graduated from our citizens academy have formed an alumni association to help the police department in crime prevention related programs. They sponsor and run our National Night Out. They help with Neighborhood Watch. They make victim follow-up phone calls for the police department. Some of the even sit on an police advisory board where they listen to complaints and concerns from residents in De Pere and they work with the police department to address the problem or concern. The explorers assist in traffic direction and are C.E.R.T. Trained.
